To limit your search results, consider the following filters:
- peer-review/scholarly articles (note that ScienceDirect database only contains peer-reviewed journal; Google Scholar does not have a peer-review limiter)
- date range - try to find the most recent research (published in the last two years)
- article/document type - limit to research articles or review articles
- search by Subject or use the option "Abstract, keywords, title" to ensure your search results include articles "tagged" with these terms
Try a variety of keywords
- When you have found a relevant article, examine the subjects assigned to the article and use these to refine your search
Find other relevant articles
- In ScienceDirect and Google Scholar, using the "related articles" function can help you find more articles
Do I have access to this article?
- Articles not available in full text may be requested through free Interlibrary Loan Service (allow 7-10 business days). Articles will be emailed to you.
