Checklist for Effective Posters:
- Font type and size are consistent (use the same size font for levels of headings).
- Text can read at a distance.
- Text may be single-spaced.
- Only include key findings and necessary text. Use bullets and visuals to convey information.
- Use consistent colour scheme.
- Follow APA Style rules as closely as possible for all visual information (photos, figures, tables, etc.).
- Include an APA Style formatted References list. The References list may be in smaller font to conserve space.
