I want a: Virtual ID Card

• You can request a Virtual Student ID Card through your Student Dashboard HERE
• Follow the guidelines on Dashboard and submit a selfie for Library Staff to confirm. It may take up to 48 hours for your photo to show up on your dashboard as it is manually entered.
• Once your Student ID has been activated by the Library, you will receive an email on your student email account indicating that your Virtual Student ID is ready for use!

Things to remember:

Photo uploads should follow the below specifications:

Your picture must:

• Be current
• Be clear
• Be centered
• Show front view of face
• Show open and visible eyes
• Be in color
• Be taken as a standard portrait
• Be suitable for official identification

Your picture should not:

• Be blurry
• Contain hats, headbands or eyeglasses
• Have inappropriate expressions
• Be cropped too close (e.g., cutting off the top of your head)
• Have anyone other than yourself visible
• Have any special effects, filters or altered coloring

I want a: Printed ID Card

There are two methods to get a Student ID Card printed:

1)

• You can request a Printed Student ID Card through your Student Dashboard HERE
• Follow the guidelines on Dashboard and submit a selfie for Library Staff to confirm. It may take up to 48 hours for your photo to show up on your Dashboard and for you to receive and email indicating your card is ready for pickup as it is manually created.
• Click on the check box at the bottom of the screen when you submit a photo to request a printed card.
• Once your Student ID has been printed by the Library, you will receive an email on your student email account indicating that your Student ID Card is ready to be picked up at the Library.
• Ensure that you have a current piece of Government issued photo identification with you in order to pick up your card. (Passport, Driver's License, etc)

• You can request a Printed Student ID Card by asking Library Staff at the Library Service Desk.
• Ensure that you have a current piece of Government issued photo identification with you in order to set up your card. (Passport, Driver's License, etc)
• We will take your photograph at our Student ID Station and print a card for you there.

Things to remember:

• When you come in for your photo you will need to remove any sunglasses, hats, masks etc. that may block your face in a photo.
• Note that this may take 5-10 mins to complete, and may have a wait time depending on demand.

I want to: Get a Replacement Card Printed

If your card is lost and you require a physical copy, replacement Student ID Cards have a fee of $5.00 per occurrence.

Damaged and worn cards may be replaced for free at staff discretion.

If you do not require a physical copy, you can still use your Virtual Student ID Card for the same purposes as a physical card. Every Student ID that is created automatically creates a virtual copy with no additional setup required. This can be located in your Student Dashboard HERE.
