Open Educational Resources, while openly licensed for use, still may have certain conditions placed on them by the copyright owner. If the owner licensed the OER through Creative Commons, these conditions can be easily figured out with a basic understanding of how Creative Commons works. Once you understand the conditions you will be able to use the OER the way its creator intended.
