Find Peer-Reviewed Articles

What is peer review?

  • Peer review is a process in which an article is evaluated by a panel of experts before it is published. The goal is to assess the article for quality, credibility, and accuracy.

Where do you find peer-reviewed articles?

  • Check the A-Z Databases: Articles section to see a list of databases that provide peer-reviewed articles. Many of our databases will have a specific check-box for limiting your results to only peer-reviewed material.
  • To access all electronic materials you will need to provide your 14-digit library barcode which is available via the student dashboard, or your student ID.
